Welcome to Evdropfilter! We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

1. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer three reliable shipping tiers to ensure your order reaches you conveniently:

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. (Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days).

Priority Shipping: $5.95. (Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days).

Expedited Shipping: $9.95. (Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days).

2. Delivery Timeline (How It Works)
To keep things transparent, we divide our delivery process into two simple steps:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) from Monday to Friday.

Step 1: Handling Time (Processing): It takes us 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) to quality-check, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.

Step 2: Transit Time (Shipping): Once dispatched, the carrier takes 6 to 9 business days (Monday – Friday) to deliver the package to your doorstep.

Total Arrival Time: On average, you will receive your order within 7 to 12 business days.

Note: For rural or remote areas, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.

3. Our Trusted Carriers
We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure your package is safe and handled with care: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, UniUni, and CjPacket. (Carrier selection is based on your location and availability).

4. Easy Order Tracking
Stay updated every step of the way! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking Page.

5. Address Changes & Accuracy
Changes: If you need to change your address, please email us at support@evdropfilter.com immediately. We can only change it if the order has not been shipped yet.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the item.

6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please reach out to us within 24–48 hours at support@evdropfilter.com so we can assist you in investigating with the carrier.
